Dental Care That Fits Life in the Village of North Palm Beach
North Palm Beach has a planned, settled feel that goes back to its beginning. John D. MacArthur bought the land in 1954, and the village was incorporated in 1956, laid out around the Intracoastal Waterway with dredged canals and waterfront cul-de-sacs. Water is never far from home here, whether that means launching from the boat ramp at Anchorage Park or a waterfront walk at Lakeside Park.

Dental Advice for North Palm Beach Residents
Waterfront plans can make a chipped tooth feel urgent. A few habits also help keep routine care from slipping between trips.
Keep a simple routine
Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste and clean between teeth once a day. If you spend long days on the water, pack a travel brush so the evening routine does not depend on when you get home.
Know what to do after a chip
Rinse your mouth gently with warm water and use a cold compress if swelling develops. Call the office promptly so Dr. Rudnick can check whether the damage is limited to enamel or reaches deeper into the tooth.
Watch older restorations
A filling or crown that feels loose or catches floss deserves an exam before it breaks during a meal. Avoid chewing hard foods on that side until it is evaluated.

How Do I Get to the Office From North Palm Beach?
For most of the village, it’s a one-road trip of roughly 2 to 4 miles. The drive typically takes about 8 to 15 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day.
Get onto Northlake Boulevard. Northlake begins at U.S. 1 in North Palm Beach and serves as the line between the village and Lake Park. Join it from U.S. 1 or at 10th Street.
Head west across I-95. Stay on Northlake past Congress Avenue and through the I-95 interchange at Exit 77. From the northern end of the village, some drivers prefer I-95 south to Exit 77, then west.
Watch the left side before Military Trail. Our office at 4274 Northlake Blvd is on the south side of the road, shortly before Military Trail. If you reach the Military Trail intersection, you’ve just passed us.
Check in at the front desk. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of your medications. Ask us to send forms ahead so your visit starts on time.
Dental Services for North Palm Beach Households
An implant for a single missing tooth. When a back tooth fractures beyond repair, an implant replaces the root as well as the crown. Dr. Rudnick plans each implant with a 3D CBCT scan and a surgical guide made before treatment day.
Same-day crowns for many teeth. Large, older fillings can weaken the tooth around them. For many teeth we scan, design, and mill a ceramic crown in one visit, so there’s no temporary and no second trip down Northlake.
Gum care and periodontal maintenance. Gum disease often develops quietly. Scaling and root planing cleans below the gumline, and a regular maintenance schedule lets you and our hygienist track how your gums respond over time.
Cleanings and checkups. Routine visits include a professional cleaning, a careful exam of your teeth, gums, and bite, and digital X-rays when they’re due, with time set aside for your questions.

Questions From North Palm Beach Patients
How far is Rudnick Dentistry from North Palm Beach? By car, most trips from the village run roughly 2 to 4 miles and typically take about 8 to 15 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day. The route is simple: Northlake Boulevard west, across I-95, to 4274 Northlake Blvd on the south side.
Is your office inside North Palm Beach? No. We’re in Palm Beach Gardens, on Northlake Boulevard between I-95 and Military Trail. Because Northlake starts at U.S. 1 right at the village’s edge, the trip is usually a single road with no tricky turns. You’ll see our office on the left, shortly before Military Trail.
An old filling or crown just broke. How soon can I be seen? Call 561-625-1991 as early in the day as you can. We set aside time for urgent problems and offer same-day visits when the schedule allows. Save any broken piece in a clean container and avoid chewing on that side. If you have facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.
Can I talk with Dr. Rudnick about an implant before deciding anything? Yes. An implant consultation includes an exam of the area, any X-rays needed to see the bone and neighboring teeth, and a conversation with Dr. Rudnick about your options, timeline, and fees. If a 3D CBCT scan would help with planning, he’ll explain why. You decide what to do afterward, with no pressure.
Do you accept my dental insurance? Our team works with many dental insurance plans. We verify your benefits before your visit, file claims for you, and give you a written estimate before treatment so you know your share ahead of time. Call or text us your plan information and we’ll check it for you before you make the drive.
