A Dentist Near Palm Beach for Cosmetic, Implant, and Year-Round Care
Areas We Serve · Rudnick Dentistry
Whether you live on the island all year or arrive when the season begins, Dr. Andrew Rudnick’s Palm Beach Gardens practice can plan veneers, implants, and routine visits around your calendar, with clear explanations and no pressure to decide on the spot.
Rudnick Dentistry is a privately owned general dental practice at 4274 Northlake Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens, about 8 miles from the Town of Palm Beach in a straight line. Island residents cross a bridge into West Palm Beach and take I-95 north to the Northlake Boulevard exit. Dr. Andrew Rudnick offers porcelain veneers, dental implants, crowns, cleanings, gum care, and TMJ care.
Dental Care That Works With Life on the Island
Palm Beach keeps its own calendar. From November through April, seasonal residents return, Worth Avenue and Royal Poinciana Way get busier, and the Lake Trail along the Intracoastal fills with walkers and cyclists passing the Flagler Museum. By summer, the pace slows and many homes sit quiet until fall.
That rhythm shapes how people approach dental care. Seasonal residents usually want treatment finished before they head home, while year-round residents may prefer to schedule larger work in the calmer months. Both goals are reasonable, and both depend on planning the sequence of visits carefully.
Our office is on the mainland in Palm Beach Gardens, across the Lake Worth Lagoon and a short run up I-95. We welcome patients from Palm Beach for cleanings and exams as well as cosmetic and implant care, and we keep every conversation focused on your goals and your options.

Dental Advice for Palm Beach Residents
Patients who divide time between homes benefit from a clear plan for routine care and unexpected tooth pain.
Share your dental history
Bring recent X-rays, a medication list, and the name of your other dentist if you have one. This helps the team understand prior treatment and coordinate follow-up.
Mention dry mouth
Some medications can reduce saliva. Tell Dr. Rudnick if your mouth stays dry or you wake often to drink water; the cause and options can be reviewed.
Check before cosmetic work
Whitening, veneers, or other cosmetic changes should follow an exam of teeth and gums. A plan based on your mouth is more useful than choosing a treatment from a photo.

Getting Here From the Island
All three bridges to the mainland are drawbridges, so leave a few extra minutes in case one is raised for boat traffic. The office is at 4274 Northlake Blvd, on the south side of the road between I-95 and Military Trail.
From the north end and Royal Poinciana Way
Cross the Flagler Memorial Bridge into West Palm Beach and head west to I-95. Go north to Exit 77, Northlake Boulevard, and turn west; the office is on your left before Military Trail. It’s about 10 to 12 miles, typically about 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day.
From midtown and the south end
The Royal Park Bridge leads into downtown West Palm Beach, and the Southern Boulevard Bridge connects to Southern Boulevard, which meets I-95 at Exit 68. From farther down the island, the drive is longer, often 30–40 minutes, so allow extra time when season traffic is heavy.
If you’d rather not drive yourself
If you plan to use oral conscious sedation, you’ll need a responsible adult to drive you to and from the visit and stay with you afterward. Our team reviews the instructions with you ahead of time.
Treatments Worth Planning Around Your Season
Porcelain veneers. Thin e.max ceramic veneers, including minimal-prep options for suitable candidates, designed with a digital preview of shape and shade. Most cases take a few visits over a few weeks, so we map the dates against your travel plans.
Smile makeovers. When several teeth need attention, one plan can combine whitening, bonding, veneers, or crowns, and it can be phased across your time here.
Dental implants. Bone needs a few months to bond to an implant before the final crown. Starting early in your stay can let you finish the major steps before you leave; your timeline is laid out at the first consultation.
Full-arch implant teeth. If a denture no longer feels secure, All-on-X fixed teeth typically use four to six implants per arch, often with a temporary arch placed the same day.
Gum care and maintenance. Keep cleanings on schedule while you’re in town, including periodontal maintenance visits if you’ve been treated for gum disease.

Call before you arrive. Book a cleaning and exam early in your stay so there’s time for follow-up treatment before you leave.
Bring recent records. Ask your other dentist to send X-rays and notes; it can save repeating images.
Ask about phasing. Implants, veneers, and larger plans can be divided into stages that line up with your arrival and departure dates.

Questions From Palm Beach Patients
How long is the drive from Palm Beach to your office? From the north end of the island near Royal Poinciana Way, it’s about 10 to 12 miles, typically about 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic, bridge openings, and time of day. From farther south on the island, allow more time. Most drivers cross into West Palm Beach, take I-95 north to Exit 77, and turn west on Northlake Boulevard.
I’m here from November to April. Can I still have dental implants? Often, yes, with planning. Implant treatment includes healing time between steps, so the calendar matters. At your consultation, Dr. Rudnick reviews your 3D scan, explains each phase, and helps you decide what to complete this season and what can wait. If a step needs to happen on a return visit, we’ll tell you up front.
Can veneers be finished in one season? In many cases. Veneers usually take two or three visits after the consultation, spread over a few weeks while the dental lab makes them. Tell us your departure date at your first visit so each step can be scheduled with room to spare. If gum treatment or tooth straightening is needed first, the timeline may be longer.
Do you see Palm Beach residents for routine care, too? Yes. Along with cosmetic and implant care, we provide cleanings and exams, gum care, fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, and urgent visits when the schedule allows. Seeing one office for both routine and larger care means your records and images stay in one place.
How do you protect my privacy? Your health information is protected by federal law, and our team follows our Notice of Privacy Practices. If you have preferences about how we reach you or when you’d like to come in, tell us when you call and we’ll accommodate them whenever we can.
How is payment handled? Before treatment, you receive a written estimate. If you have dental insurance, our team verifies your benefits and files claims for you. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards, and offer financing through CareCredit and LendingClub for larger plans. Ask us any cost question before you commit; we’re glad to walk through it.
