Yes — we welcome new patients across all our provided services.
What should I expect on my first visit?
- Complete our new patient forms online beforehand.
- A warm greeting at check-in, complimentary beverage, short wait time, and TV/Wi‑Fi available.
- You’ll meet Dr. Rudnick and our team, who will discuss your smile concerns and goals and then provide personalized recommendations.
- You’ll undergo a thorough oral exam to determine your needs and any health issues.

How often should I visit the dentist?
Routine check-ups and cleanings are recommended every six months to maintain oral and overall health.

Do you offer financing options?
Yes, here are available options to finance your treatment:
- Insurance accepted (we’ll submit claims on your behalf)
- Co‑pays, deductibles, or non‑covered charges collected at time of service
- For larger restorative/surgical procedures, payment plans are available after discussing with the Financial Administrator.
- We offer an in-house dental savings plan – ask us for details.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request that patients provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. A $40 fee may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Yes, we offer laughing gas (nitrous oxide) and oral conscious sedation for patient comfort and reduced dental anxiety.
Do you provide emergency dental care?
Yes, we can handle most every dental emergency. Contact us right away when you have an emergency, and we’ll get you in as soon as our schedule allows.
What should I do if I break or lose my tooth?
Call our office immediately. We can provide detailed instructions for handling broken or knocked‑out teeth over the phone to preserve it, if possible, until you come in. Emergency care is available during business hours.

Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes. We accept and file dental insurance as a courtesy to patients; co-pays and deductibles apply.
Do you file insurance claims for patients?
Yes. Rudnick Dentistry submits insurance claims on your behalf and assists with coverage issues.
Do you offer alternatives to dental insurance?
Although insurance is accepted, we offer financing options/payment plans for larger procedures. We also offer our own in-house dental savings plan, which is an annual reduced fee dental plan and also offers dental treatments with price savings.
